2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these General Terms at any time. We will post the updated terms with a revised effective date. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

3. Account Security

If you register for an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ParcelAd or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Transmit viruses or harmful code.
  • Infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property.
  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the Site.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ParcelAd and its affiliates, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

1. Rules

  • Advertisement Preview: Before purchasing an offer, you must upload all final ads exactly as they will be shipped. Any significant deviation (as determined by ParcelAd) may lead to order cancellation without obligating the distributor to issue a refund.
  • Shipping Cost Responsibility: You, the advertiser, are responsible for all printing and shipping costs.
  • 1. Eligibility

    To participate as an e-commerce partner on ParcelAd, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
    • Be an authorized representative of a business entity that meets ParcelAd’s partner criteria;
    • Obtain pre-approval from ParcelAd’s administration before publishing any offers or processing transactions on our platform.

    By registering and using our services, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of these requirements.

    2. Rules

    • 90-Day Fulfillment: After accepting an order, you must ship all advertisements in that order within 90 days. Failure to do so will result in a warning and a mandatory full refund to the affected customer.
    • One Ad per Package: Each shipment may contain only one advertisement, even if multiple orders were accepted. If we discover more than one ad per package, you will receive a warning and be required to refund all affected customers.
    • Fee Circumvention & Non-Solicitation: Any attempt to circumvent ParcelAd’s sales process or to divert ParcelAd users to another website or transaction platform is strictly prohibited. This includes, without limitation, any advertisements, marketing messages, special offers or “calls to action” that lead, prompt or encourage users to leave the ParcelAd website without completing the purchase through our checkout system. You also agree that, for a period of six (6) months following termination of your ParcelAd account (whether voluntary or involuntary), you will not directly or indirectly solicit, contact or enter into any side-deals with a ParcelAd user or partner that were introduced to you via our platform. ParcelAd reserves the right to seek all available legal and equitable remedies—including injunctive relief and damages—for any breach of this provision.
    • Packaging Standards: Partners must use sturdy, tamper-evident packaging for all advertisements. If a user submits a formal complaint with evidence of repeated damage due to partner negligence, ParcelAd will investigate and may issue a warning to the partner and a full refund to the affected customers.
    • Audit & Inspection Rights: ParcelAd may audit partner records, request shipment photos or documentation, and conduct random inspections to verify compliance. If a partner fails to meet our standards, ParcelAd may issue a warning, refund affected customers, and suspend or terminate the partner account.
    • Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure: Partners may not share any ParcelAd operational details, user lists, or proprietary processes with third parties.

    3. Claims

  • Advertisement Mismatch: If the ads you receive differ from those you previewed and accepted, you may refuse to include any ads in your shipment without any obligation to refund. Should you decide to ship non-matching ads, you do so at your own risk and liability.
  • Stripe Terms

    parcelad.com uses Stripe’s payment platform to securely process customer payments and disburse payouts to our e-commerce partners. By creating an account on parcelad.com, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • All payment processing is handled by Stripe, subject to Stripe’s Terms of Service.
    • Your personal and payment data will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
    • You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with Stripe’s policies whenever you complete a transaction through our site.
